Open Position: Collision Motivational Speaker / Consultant





GET PAID FOR WHAT YOU KNOW…LEAVE THE DAILY GRIND BEHIND! We are looking for experienced, dynamic automotive superstars with a history of managing and growing automotive collision repair shops. The perfect candidate will be groomed as a "Collision Motivational Speaker / Consultant" responsible for helping the independent shop owner grow their business and realize their dreams. Our need for new, engaging, forward-thinking speaker continues to grow.


Job Description:

Teach and consult independent collision shop owners across the country, increasing profits through a 1 – Day Management Classes and selling ATI's re-engineering coaching programs. You will be responsible for the development of ATI's clients and sales. You will be instrumental in shaping their shop into a profitable and efficient business, successfully Driving Profits and Dreams Home.


Skills Required:

Candidates must possess the following:
  • At least five years’ experience in managing a collision shop, including payroll, bookkeeping and technical background
  • At least 5 years’ estimating skills, with recent activity with mechanized estimating systems
  • Management system experience helpful
  • Exceptional public speaking skills
  • Excellent sales
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Innate ability to influence others thru teaching
  • The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • A strong level of numeracy Compensation/Benefits

Benefits:
  • Income range $65,000 – $150,000 per year. Income directly related to number of classes you teach and the shops you sell
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Full benefit package (health, life, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401K, etc.)

Open Position: Client Fulfillment - Consultant/Coach

ATI consultants provide an analysis of the existing practices of a company and make recommendations for improvements. These professionals frequently specialize in one area of business management, such as human resources. For example, a hospital may hire a healthcare business consultant to help further develop its employee training programs or a distribution center may hire a logistics business consultant to streamline its shipping department.

Open Position: New Business Development - Inside Sales Representative

The Automotive Training Institute, a nationally known and well-respected coaching and training company for independent shop owners in the automotive repair aftermarket, is seeking dedicated and tenacious Inside Sales Representatives for our growing team in Linthicum, Maryland. In this rewarding and lucrative role, you will reach out to repair shop owners in an effort to sell them our 1-day business management training workshop/seminar. The Inside Sales Representative will develop pre-generated leads from initial contact to sale -- striving to build a relationship and create rapport with potential clients throughout the process.
