Open Position: Collision Motivational Speaker / Consultant

We are looking for experienced, dynamic automotive superstars with a history of managing and growing
automotive collision repair shops. The perfect candidate will be groomed as a "Collision Motivational Speaker / Consultant"
responsible for helping the independent shop owner grow their business and realize their dreams.
Our need for new, engaging, forward-thinking speaker continues to grow.
Teach and consult independent collision shop owners across the country, increasing profits through a 1 – Day Management Classes and
selling ATI's re-engineering coaching programs. You will be responsible for the development of ATI's clients and sales.
You will be instrumental in shaping their shop into a profitable and efficient business, successfully Driving Profits and Dreams Home.
Candidates must possess the following:
At least five years’ experience in managing a collision shop, including payroll, bookkeeping and technical background
At least 5 years’ estimating skills, with recent activity with mechanized estimating systems
Management system experience helpful
Exceptional public speaking skills
Exceptional communication skills
A positive, confident and determined approach
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
Innate ability to influence others thru teaching
The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
A strong level of numeracy Compensation/Benefits
Income range $65,000 – $150,000 per year. Income directly related to number of classes you teach and the shops you sell
