[LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, MD] — ATI, the leading coaching, training, and consulting organization for independent automotive repair and collision shop owners, is proud to announce the awarding of $1 million in scholarships to nearly 400 independent shop owners who joined its Re-Engineering Program in 2023. This milestone underscores ATI’s commitment to fostering growth, excellence, and sustained success for automotive service businesses across the nation.

“At ATI, we believe in more than just providing coaching services; we see ourselves as partners in driving growth and excellence for your automotive service business,” said Craig Montgomery, President of ATI. “Our scholarships were specifically designed to help new members cover the initial costs associated with our comprehensive training and coaching programs. By removing financial barriers, we enable shop owners to gain the skills and knowledge needed to enhance profitability and achieve long-term success.”

ATI’s shop re-engineering approach is rooted in a proven methodology that ensures each shop owner receives tailored support to navigate the complexities of the automotive industry. They start with an in-depth analysis of your shop’s financial health, providing shop owners with actionable insights and a customized business plan designed to address unique challenges and position your shop at the forefront of the industry.

ATI’s scholarship recipients have since joined the ranks of other shop owners who have experienced significant improvements in their operations and financial performance.
