ATI’s SuperConference Unites Automotive Industry in Hawaii for Learning, Networking, & Giving Back

LINTHICUM, MD – Automotive Training Institute (ATI), the leading coaching and training company for automotive repair shop owners, successfully hosted its 21st annual SuperConference at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. This year’s event brought together independent repair shops, body shops, and industry partners for four days of learning, networking, and celebration.

Attendees gathered at the picturesque oceanfront resort to participate in engaging activities, including the SuperConference Olympics, expert-led speaker sessions, dynamic roundtable discussions, a comprehensive tradeshow, and the highly anticipated Awards Banquet.

“SuperConference is more than just an event—it’s an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow,” said Ron Greenman, ATI’s Chief Operating Officer. “Hawaii provided an extraordinary setting for collaboration and innovation, highlighting the strength of the ATI community.”

The conference featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including ATI President Craig Montgomery; Joe Mull, Workforce Engagement Expert; Don Rheem, Founder of CultureID; Meridith Elliott Powell, renowned Author and Business Strategist; Justin Patton, Executive Coach and speaker; and top motivational speaker Kenyon Salo.

“This event was not only fun but incredibly informative,” said Kathleen Mohr of Mohrs Automotive.

Continuing its tradition of giving back, SuperConference attendees raised over $30,000 for Project Hawai’i, a nonprofit dedicated to helping homeless children in Hawaii since 2003.

Next year’s SuperConference will take place in Orlando, FL, in March 2026.
