Engagement and Empowerment Take Center Stage at ATI’s SuperConference 2024

ATI, the premier coaching and training organization for automotive repair shop owners, recently concluded its highly anticipated annual SuperConference at the esteemed Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, TX. The event witnessed an impressive turnout, with nearly 830 attendees comprising auto repair and collision shop owner members, industry-leading partners, and associates.

The conference commenced with opening remarks from ATI President Craig Montgomery, who expressed gratitude to former President Richard Menneg for his years of exceptional service. Montgomery emphasized the unwavering commitment required for success in the industry, stating, “You can have results, or you can have excuses, but you can’t have both simultaneously, and that’s why you’re all here. You’ve chosen to take a different path. It takes courage to scrutinize your business, and I commend each of you for seizing this opportunity.”

This year’s speaker lineup featured notable figures such as retired ATI President Richard Menneg, who helped to make this event what it is today. Other distinguished speakers included David Avrin, Founder of The Sounding Board; Michael Dominquez, CEO of Associated Luxury Hotels International; Stephen Shapiro, Owner of Stephen Shapiro Enterprises; David Horsager of Trust Edge Leadership Institute; Ryan Stramrood, Owner of Stramrood & Associates; and Bryan Dodge of Dodge Development, Inc.

Beyond engaging with speakers, SuperConference attendees participated in enriching workshops, social gatherings, team-building activities like the “Olympics,” and the prestigious awards and recognition banquet.

The highlight of the event was the announcement of the Top Shop Awards Winners, underscoring excellence within the industry.

Furthermore, SuperConference attendees contributed to a growing total of $66,880 for this year’s chosen local charity, Unbridled Horse Therapy, an organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding to those with special needs.

Looking ahead, next year’s SuperConference is scheduled to take place at the Hilton Waikoloa Village in Waikoloa Village, Hawaii, March 19-22, 2025. ATI extends its gratitude to diamond partners NAPA Auto Care, Express by Facepay, Tekmetric, and KUKUI for their sponsorship of SuperConference.
